u know…I totally get where you’re coming from DJ Stylus….but shouldn’t we have stopped playing Kelly way back when he got with Aaliyah? That was clearly pedophilia and documented. But no one cared….

and what about 85% of the rappers with their derogtory lyrics about women? Should we continue to support them while we ignore the one who “got caught”?

I am not a fan..yet his music appeals to many. And honestly..if they could throw LIL KIM, REMY MA and Foxy Brown in jail with the quickness..how come they couln’t get enough evidence against Kelly? They sure had plenty of time…

Enough of playing Devil’s Advocate…I’m off to sign the petition.

I can imagine that’s a rough situation for DJs like you. Back in the day before all this high tech shit, you could have just said, “Damn, wouldn’t you know I left all my R Kelly records at the crib!”

And like this petition says, the troubling part is that he doesn’t think he did anything wrong. He’s sick. The least they could have ordered was some kind of mandatory therapy/eval.

Happy to say I’m familiar with a few of these resources. I especially enjoy Kevin Powell’s work.
